Overview:

Lead Appliance Install Driver  Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

 

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on residential delivery and white glove installation of laundry appliances . No two days are the same. You’ll be provided tools as you actively delivering, installing, and setting up washers and dryers throughout your assigned service area. This position combines physical work, technical skill, and regular interaction with customers, all in a supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

• Deliver & install laundry equipment at customer homes and client sites with a “white glove” approach.
• Operate a 16 foot box truck to transport, pick up, and replace washers and dryers.
• Assemble and prepare equipment for delivery, ensuring all parts and tools are ready.
• Provide customers with clear instructions on safe and effective appliance use.
• Load & unload appliances daily using a two-wheeled hand cart.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Proactively prioritize tasks and manage your schedule with independence.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively manage inventory. Execute regular parts replenishment based on guidelines and knowledge of route.
• Teach others to resolve delivery and installation issues
• Audit warehouse preparation activities of other Installers

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement).
• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Must be able to lift to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).
