The Asset Management Programs (AMPs) are a multidisciplinary group, providing services with a design-built model. With this model, the vendor works in three phases; Assessment, Design and construction/repair/replacement of major building systems that are common across the NNSA enterprise (e.g., roofs, electrical, cooling & heating). The AMP group uses Integrated Work Management to plan, schedule, and perform work in a safe and secure manner. Your role will be supporting the three program leads for RAMP, CHAMP and LAMP and shall have responsible for developing and/or reviewing work packages (IWDs) including time, material, labor estimates, written step-by-step work instructions, procedures, safety and testing requirements for maintenance, construction or modification of work activities.
