We're looking for a Wine Club Manager to lead and elevate our wine club programs across all three properties, driving membership growth, retention, and engagement while ensuring and exceptional guest experience from vineyard to glass.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of wine club program across all three winery brands
Develop and execute strategic initiaves to grwo memeship and increase retention.
Create and manage memeber communicaitons, prootiona nd exclusive experiences.
Coordinate wine club shipments and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
collaborate with marketing, tasting room and event teams to align messaging and experiences.
Analyse club metirc, sales data and memeber feedback to inform improvements.
Lead, train and motivate on-site teams to deliver outstanding service to members.
Represent the brand at members events, tastings, and special experiences.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in wine club management, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer wine sales.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and DTC best practices.
Exceptional communication,organization, and leadership skills.
Passion for wine, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to travel between properties as needed.
