Job Description

1. Resident in the United States, responsible for on-site management and operation of B2C e-commerce standard overseas warehouses in the United States;
2. Manage overseas warehouses across the United States, responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing SOPs and quality monitoring systems;
3. Responsible for the cultivation of overseas warehouse talents and the construction of talent teams, as well as the construction and procurement of warehouses;
4. Responsible for the cost and revenue of the warehouse, responsible for the quality of the warehouse's performance, and responsible for the customer service experience;
5. Continuously improve the net profit of the warehouse and obtain commission on the net profit of the warehouse;
6. The initial warehouse management area is approximately 10000 square meters+;

1. 常驻美国，负责美国B2C电商标准海外仓现场管理和运营；

2. 管理全美的海外仓，负责SOP及质量监控体系的制定优化及落地；

3. 负责海外仓人才的培养和人才梯队建设，负责仓库的建设和采购；

4. 对仓库的成本和收入负责，对仓库的履约质量负责，对客服服务体验负责；

5. 持续提升仓库净利润，获得仓库净利润的佣金提成；

6. 初始仓库管理面积约10000㎡+；
