Job Description

Looking for someone who can configure the system based on defined requirements and build detailed reports. The specific initial remediation efforts include:

• Merit/Promotion Statement Build for Review Process: We will be launching our Year End review Cycle in January. We want to build out our Merit/Promotion statements in People Assist/Document Manager for signature for each individual employee.
• Process New Hire Automation: We are spending a lot of time in retail with the process of new hires and want to make it completely automated. We have gotten a lot of run around from UKG with no definitive answers. We can discuss more on the discovery call.
• Dashboard/Reporting Setup: We need to set up custom dashboards in our BI Diversity Dashboards. Please see below the list of dashboards we will need built:
  • New hires by age, gender, position, and location (pie and chart options)
  • Current ethnicity by location and position
  • Terminations by timeframe and position (30, 60, 90 days; 6 months; 1 year; 18 months; 2+ years)
  • Average length of service by position and location
  • Termination reasons (pie and chart options)
  • Voluntary vs. involuntary terminations (pie and chart with percentages)
  • Turnover by location, position, age, and gender (pie and chart options)
  • Boomerang hires (by location and position, including average gap between exit and rehire)
• People Assist Post Implementation Launch:
  • Building out Resignation process, CAD process, etc.
