Job Summary:
- Serve as an expert on NICE CXOne system administration and complex telecommunications infrastructures.
- Lead the design and implementation of contact center infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate existing technology and processes, proposing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of integration across PBX, gateways, voicemail, call recording, WAN/LAN, VoIP/SIP, TCP/IP, routers, SBCs, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and Citrix.
- Provide advanced scripting, troubleshooting, and problem isolation for contact center technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Direct and coordinate activities of team members as needed, occasionally assuming a leadership role.
- Deliver 24/7 support for telecom infrastructure, including patching, upgrades, and break/fix activities.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Support NICE CXOne scripting and participate in Cisco migration projects.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
