Glitter Magic Team Manager
$22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Requirements:

It is preferred that the qualified candidate to be a Glitter Magic Team Assistant Manager is bilingual - having a basic understanding of English y Español - and be willing to work and perform his or her duties in a multicultural environment. Additionally, education in a multicultural environment, good manners, and excellent behavior is preferred.

• One year of thorough experience in the following fields is required:
• Team Leadership
• One year of sales presentation skills and working in multicultural customer service relations is required.
• The right candidate must possess the ability to be trainable and coachable in addition to having the desire to better herself or himself and succeed.
• The ability to learn quickly and implement the lessons immediately.
• The ability to teach and transfer the knowledge acquired to the team.
• Bilingual (English/Español) is preferred.
• The right candidate must possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as the physical stamina and strength to perform the multiple tasks that this position requires:
• The ability to climb ladders
• The ability to use power tools, such as drills, vacuum cleaners, steamers, carpet cleaning machines, polishers, sanders, power brushes, etc.

The ability and willingness to learn and teach how to use all the power tools, as well as all intellectual tools used to perform the tasks needed to lead the Glitter Magic Team.

***Ample training will be provided to you to deepen your presentation and customer relations skills.

The Glitter Magic Home Management System:
You will be thoroughly trained in the many service areas of the Glitter Magic Home Management System.
You will be coaching and leading a Glitter Magic Team in: Deep Cleaning, Sanitizing, Steam Cleaning, Polishing, Waxing, Organizing, Interior Decorating, and Making Our Client's Homes Look Beautiful.
**The following areas of service will be your responsibilities.**

• Carpet Cleaning
• Fine Rugs
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Windows and Glass
• Stone and Saltillo Floor and Tile Restoration
• Tile and Grout
• Wood Floors and Wood Furniture
• Home Cleaning and Sanitization
