Job Description A client of Insight Global's in the Financial Services Industry is looking to hire a System Administrator to join their team in support of a Workday implementation. In this role you will oversee the security architecture and governance of the Workday platform, designing and maintaining security configurations across all modules while ensuring compliance with global data regulations. You manage security policies, troubleshoot access issues, support audits, and lead or advise on projects and enhancements. Collaborating with HR, IT, Legal, and Data Privacy teams, you ensure data privacy, drive process improvements, and integrate risk management into all data management activities. This is a fully remote role that starts at 20 hours a week and will scale to a full 40 hours a week. $40/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Experience in project management. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners. Previous experience working in the Financial Services industry.
