What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial pool and aquatic systems

  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks as part of service work

  • Inspect equipment and troubleshoot system issues in the field

  • Educate clients on proper equipment use and preventative care

  • Partner with internal teams to identify service and improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of mechanical or technical experience (pool industry experience is a plus, not required)

  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

  • A self-starter who values customer service and clear communication

  • Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
