Job Description:

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Node.js primarily with decent experience in React Js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable and reliable applications.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing automated testing.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
