**Hours: **2-2-3, 6:00am - 6:00pm OR 6:00pm - 6:00am
**Pay: **$21.00 - $22.00 /HR
**Duties: **
Set up and operate the Sheeter machine to ensure optimal quality and productivity during production runs
Monitor machine functions and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals and specifications
Perform all Sheeter Helper duties, including roll handling, splicing, packaging, labeling, and material prep
Use company ERP software and other systems to track orders, production, and materials
Read and interpret job tickets for both internal specifications and customer requirements
Serve as the first line of quality assurance by identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies in materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines and protocols
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on the Sheeter machine to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
**Qualifications: **
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment required; paper industry experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of production processes and machine operation
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Solid math and measuring skills to ensure accuracy and product quality
Working knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
Proficient with basic computer functions and data entry related to production tracking
