Job Title: Sales Associate

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help drive growth by prospecting and setting appointments for the sales team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in business development and build the foundation for a long-term career in sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit and call businesses to set qualified first-time appointments.
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce (contacts, activities, opportunities).
• Support sales reps with prep materials and appointment details.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Grit, resilience, and a hunter mentality — comfortable meeting 25–35 businesses a day.
• Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce).
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
