Lockheed Martin is seeking a Passive Hardware Integrated Product Team \(IPT\) Lead, for the RF Sensor Product center Internal Research and Development effort and program execution scope\. **What You Will Be Doing** The candidate will be responsible for leading a cross\-functional team in the technical execution of the development of Passive Sensor hardware technologies and delivery of these technology to program adopters\. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical field \-Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen\. \- Minimum of 14 years of experience in RF or Hardware engineering, with a focus on design, development, and testing of RF components and subsystems \- Demonstrated experience leading a team to develop RF or hardware products **Desired Skills:** \- Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education \-Active DOD Secret Clearance\. \- Advanced knowledge of RF principles \- Experience in radar design and theory of operation \- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Control Account Management Experience \- Experience with supplier management \- Previous Full Spectrum Leadership \(FSL\) experience \- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and external suppliers \- Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines \- Strong problem\-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
