Overview:The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and staffing of the four counter service outlets throughout the property and maintaining the highest level of standards, service quality and operational excellence. Outlets include Bistro 375 (Starbucks), Vista, Grove, and Café Ember. The Bistro’s serve a variety of coffee, smoothies, made to order sandwiches and bowls, and grab and go items.
