Compensation & Benefits:
$40- $50 (commensurate with experience, top range for 17+ years)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Trauma OR to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center . This role requires strong trauma and surgical skills, acute care experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient care using evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Provide trauma and surgical support in a high-acuity, acute care environment.
Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Licensure:
Current Florida RN license or compact state RN license (subject to state licensing requirements).
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
ACLS (AHA) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of trauma or operating room acute care experience.
Direct trauma or high-acuity surgical experience required.
