Description/Scope of WorkThe Project Manager will manage and collaborate with a cross- functional project team and organize the teams to integrate Stanford's eConsult platform with San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC).
Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear and timely project status updates, and ensure deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Examples of DutiesKey duties include and not limited to:
This project involves the integration of Stanford's eConsult platform with San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC) to enable secure, electronic specialty consultations for specific conditions. Through this collaboration, SMMC providers will be able to submit clinical questions to Stanford specialists and receive timely guidance. The platform leverages Stanford's proprietary license to the ArtistaMD system and ensures that all communications and recommendations are documented in both organizations' Epic/County EMR App. This integration supports improved care coordination, faster diagnostic support, and strengthened cross-institutional collaboration
Requirements 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)
