AO Teams is excited to announce an opening for the position of Product Manager. This role is a cornerstone opportunity within our dynamic and innovative team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to drive our business processes as a service (BPaaS) solutions. This is a Full-Time, Fully Remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will report directly to both the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), providing a unique opportunity to influence the company at the highest levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executive leadership of the AO Teams BPaaS business, aiming to achieve a $2M+ run rate within 6 months.
  • Oversee the rollout of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integrations across operational frameworks.
  • Manage the architecture and real-time utilization of HubSpot within our marketing and sales divisions.
  • Direct and optimize workflows for Account Executives (AE) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to enhance lead conversion and client retention.
  • Ensure the readiness of the team and systems for investor scrutiny and interaction.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators, driving towards substantial net revenue growth and partnership approvals.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of the AO Teams app and associated website.
  • Own the profit and loss forecasts, contributing to the overall business targets ranging from $10M to $25M.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of leadership experience in BPO or BPaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record in environments such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Venture Capital, Business Process Outsourcing, or Big 4 public accounting.
  • Experience in FinTech or top-tier public accounting firms; exposure to investment banking or high-scale projects in AI/ML product sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing large-scale projects or corporate initiatives similar to those expected at AO Teams.
  • Advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
  • Prior experience in managing partnerships with platforms like Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to interact effectively across various levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage deliverables within a tight timeframe; initial deliverables include the launch of HubSpot and the deployment of the AO Teams app and website within the first four weeks of engagement.
  • Capability to align project outcomes with the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
