About the Organization
Coupang Intelligence Cloud (CIC) is Coupangs intelligent cloud platform that provides cloud-native services and AI-powered tools for developers data scientists and business teams.
CIC accelerates innovation across Coupang and external clients by enabling seamless access to enterprise-grade infrastructure large-scale data processing and machine learning model operations.

Role Overview
As a CIC Product Designer you will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience of cloud and AI-based products.
You will transform complex technical conceptssuch as data pipelines machine learning workflows APIs and dashboardsinto intuitive and user-friendly experiences empowering developers data scientists and business units to derive maximum value from the CIC platform.
This role goes beyond screen design encompassing product strategy feature definition user research and data-driven validation to deliver meaningful product and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full UX/UI design process for CIC platforms and services
• Identify and improve user needs through research interviews and testing
• Create user journeys personas wireframes prototypes and visual design deliverables
• Design intuitive UI/UX for complex data visualizations dashboards and analytics tools
• Build and manage a scalable design system applicable across CIC
• Continuously improve products through A/B testing user feedback and log analysis
• Collaborate closely with product engineering data and business teams
• Monitor and enhance user experience post-launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience designing for cloud platforms developer tools or AI/ML products
• Expertise in designing data visualization and analytics products (e.g. dashboards BI tools)
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale design systems
• Understanding of technical processes such as APIs data pipelines and workflow tools
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
• Design leadership and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus

역할 개요
CIC Product Designer는 클라우드AI 기반 제품 경험 전반을 설계하는 핵심 역할을 담당합니다.
복잡한 데이터 파이프라인 머신러닝 워크플로우 API 대시보드 등과 같은 기술적 개념을 직관적이고 사용하기 쉬운 경험으로 전환하여 개발자(Developers) 데이터 사이언티스트(Data Scientists) 비즈니스 유닛(Business Units) 등 다양한 사용자가 CIC 플랫폼을 통해 높은 가치를 얻을 수 있도록 합니다.이 역할은 단순한 화면 설계에 국한되지 않고 제품 전략 기능 정의 사용자 리서치 데이터 기반 검증까지 포함하여 제품과 비즈니스 임팩트를 함께 만들어 갑니다.

자격 요건

• 총 경력 최소 5년 이상인 분
• CIC 플랫폼 및 서비스의 UX/UI 설계 전 과정 주도
• 사용자 리서치 인터뷰 테스트를 통한 요구사항 발굴 및 개선
• 사용자 여정 페르소나 와이어프레임 프로토타입 시각 디자인 산출
• 복잡한 데이터 시각화 대시보드 분석 도구 UI/UX 설계
• CIC 전반에 적용 가능한 디자인 시스템 구축 및 운영
• A/B 테스트 사용자 피드백 로그 분석 등을 통한 반복적 개선
• 제품 기획 엔지니어링 데이터 비즈니스 조직과의 긴밀한 협업
