We're Hiring! Part-Time Nature-Based Educator/ Support Staff (10–30 hrs/week) – Closing Shifts
Do you love working with children, being outdoors in all seasons, and bringing a positive attitude to your team each day? Tiny Green Trees is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and eco-minded educator to join our nature-based childcare team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with shifts ending by 6:00 PM.
As part of our collaborative teaching team, you'll support daily rhythms, supervise outdoor play, assist with meals, and help close down classrooms at the end of the day. We’re looking for someone who leads with kindness, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where the well-being of children comes first.

In this role, you will:
Support teachers with daily rhythms and transitions
Supervise children indoors and outdoors in all weather
Help prepare and serve organic snacks and meals
Complete classroom and center closing duties
Ensure safe, clean, and nurturing learning environments
Engage in nature-based curriculum and routines
Communicate effectively with your team and leadership
