Responsibilities:
Review all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions and conveyancing
READ/REVIEW Closing disclosure settlement statement
REVIEW documents for recording
Be familiar with PA tax and municipal liens
Document preparation: Drafting and reviewing all transaction-related legal documents, including deeds, settlement statements, mortgages, and purchase agreements.
Transaction coordination: Acting as a central point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure the process stays on schedule. Ordering Necessary Payoffs, Utility Certificates and arranging non attending settlement packages
Qualifications:
At least 3 years reviewing title commitments
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image
Education:
Minimum High School or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years processing Titles
Title Industry a plus but not mandatory
Experience with NJ and PA a plus
