We’re Hiring: Office Manager – Seven Hills Medical Center

Location: Franklin Square, NY (with travel as needed to Brooklyn, Melville, and Suffolk branches)
Position: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment , loves working with people, and can balance leadership, organization, and efficiency .

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple office locations.
  • Supervise, train, and support front desk staff, medical assistants, and clinical teams.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management.
  • Coordinate with billing and insurance teams to ensure smooth revenue cycle.
  • Handle vendor management, supplies ordering, and office logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (experience with Athena, Epic, or similar preferred).
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and billing practices.
  • Highly organized, problem-solving mindset, and detail-oriented.
