Job Overview: Location: 18180 Gateway Dr,Victorville,California,92394
Shift & Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30p. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of production personnel on multiple high-speed packaging lines. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of beverage products for storage and shipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and coach production operators in executing daily and weekly schedules.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across multiple packaging lines.
- Manage labor and operating expense budgets effectively.
- Maintain and complete accurate production records and reports.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning and safety of equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Recommend long-term solutions such as equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and material alternatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
- Maintain effective labor relations within company policy and collective agreements.

Total Rewards: - Targeted Salary - $80,000-$90,000 annually
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Prior leadership/people management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred
