**Job Overview:** The **Maintenance Technician I** is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality. **Shift & Schedule:** **D1: Sun., Mon., Tues.; Alt Wed. 5:00AM-5:15PM** **What you will do:** + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment. + Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, + Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise + Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system. + Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition + Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs + Assist other maintenance technicians as required + Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices. + Performs other duties as assigned + Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures + Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas + Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills **Total Rewards:** + Pay starting at $34.31 per hour.
