Salary: $89,900 - 89,900 per year Requirements:

• I have 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI/ML data science.
• I possess proven experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• I am familiar with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLFlow, Docker, CI/CD).
• I have a solid understanding of statistics, probability theory, and machine learning algorithms.
• I am knowledgeable about enterprise AI platforms such as UAIS or similar.
• I demonstrate solid proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Responsibilities:

• I will transform proof-of-concept models into robust, production-ready software utilizing modern ML engineering methodologies.
• I will collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• I will present complex analytical concepts and model outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable way.
• I will apply advanced techniques, including NLP, NLU, semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and ASR, to tackle business challenges.
• I will construct and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks using tools such as MLFlow, Docker, and UAIS.
• I will leverage statistical modeling, optimization, and experimental design to enhance model performance and reliability.
• I will ensure compliance with internal governance standards and responsible AI practices.

In this role, I provide the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. to address significant challenges. The compensation for this position ranges from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment, and I ensure compliance with all minimum wage laws applicable. Additionally, I offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements).
