Key Responsibilities:

·         Design & Develop OmniScripts and LWCs to build dynamic, branded, mobile-first Admissions Application forms.

·         Implement Apex logic including classes, triggers, and REST APIs to support validation, automation, and system integrations.

·         Build and maintain Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) for automated processes like routing and notifications.

·         Integrate with external systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, SharePoint, SFTP, and AWS using DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and custom Apex.

·         Develop Save-for-Later functionality with secure session handling and step-based logic.

·         Configure Experience Cloud environments, including guest user access, profiles, and visibility settings for security compliance.

·         Collaborate with UX teams and stakeholders to define user journeys and edge case handling (e.g., international applicants, returning students).

·         Create technical documentation and deployment plans; contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado.

·         Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and support QA/UAT testing, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect capacity.

·         Proven expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, etc.).

·         Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

·         Deep knowledge of Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Experience Cloud.

·         Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (PeopleSoft, AWS, etc.).

·         Understanding of Salesforce security architecture and guest user access management.

·         Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or similar CI/CD platforms.

·         Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

·         Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, or Application Architect are a plus.
