IoT Service Innovation Fellow STA
IoT & Service Innovation Fellow
As an IoT & Service Innovation Fellow, your role involves collaborating on topics related to Radiology's IoT platform. You'll work with key stakeholders to support development initiatives and drive strategic alignment between commercial, service, and R&D stakeholders. As a key contributor to the Connectivity team, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional global team, make important decisions, and ensure the robustness of the IoT solution for successful customer outcomes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-create with and contribute to the IoT platform team, bringing your full self;
Foster knowledge transfer across connectivity-related topics and related domains, including service, cybersecurity, and on-premise connectivity;
Collaborate with global service on future capabilities for service;
Ensure close alignment for relevant connectivity-related roadmap items, including major release items like enhancements and platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce Service CRM 'Atlas', and data repository RDL);
Identify and participate in the selection of new technologies and maintain partner relationships;
Work with the development team and program management to manage the product backlog, project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation;
Anticipate and address obstacles impacting team success;
Establish and maintain a network of internal stakeholders, key external thought leaders, industrial experts, and partners.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree in a relevant field of study, e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience;
Extensive experience solving technical challenges or implementing software solutions with a strong understanding and demonstrated use of software development methodologies;
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to think strategically;
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike;
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and with external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with medical devices or regulated environments;
Experience with PTC ThingWorx or a different IoT platform.

This opportunity is linked to the development of the employee and, therefore, does not suffer any changes in the system in terms of current position, remuneration/benefits, and direct management. In addition, in this development model, all costs referred to the employee stay in the origin area.
