Description The Instructional Designer/Trainer - is responsible for developing or training on new/existing applications. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop designs and specifications for new/existing application in Web Based Training (WBT) modules. - May provide instructor led, self-study or computer based course materials. - Responsible for creating instructor guide, training materials, peer evaluations, and certification tests. - Perform and coordinate developmental testing on instructional modules in conjunction with designer's/developers feedback. - Ensure quality of training by developing and implementing Quality Survey processes. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Auburn Hills, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
