Job Summary: We are looking for an Express Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have minimum 1 year prior Dealership or Independent service center experience, elevated work ethics to keep up with day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Responsibilities * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership * Perform basic vehicle service & maintenance, conduct thorough Multi-point vehicle inspections, identify vehicle service needs. * Knowledge of CDK operating systems, usage of All-Data systems. * Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers are informed if any additional service recommendations, including cost estimates of additional repairs * Execute repairs and minor warranty work to manufacturer specifications. * Maintain high work standards with Fixed right first visit. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year Prior Service Technician experience preferred. * High school diploma, Trade school certificate or equivalent. * Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination * Mechanical repair skills and ability to operate basic electronic equipment. * Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies * Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve * Enjoy working in a dynamic environment * Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications * Valid driver's license and clean driving record We employ a work force free from use of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol, either on or off the job.
