Essential Functions and Duties

We are currently looking to fill openings for Deburring/Stamping, Assembly, and Bending. While the descriptions below highlight most of the duties, they are not all-inclusive, and some additional tasks may be required.

For Deburring/Stamping, you will:

• Visually inspect parts.
• Utilize buffing wheels to remove excess burrs from parts as well as clean parts.
• Stamp part numbers onto various-sized products.
• Clean and maintain the work area as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

For Assembly, you will:

• Perform the assembly process on metal components as needed.
• Complete documented inspections of the assembly process being performed.
• Clean and maintain the work area as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

For Bending, you will:

• Perform the bending process on metal components as needed.
• Complete documented inspections of the bending process being performed.
• Clean and maintain the work area as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

For all the above positions, we ask that you:

• Work well independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate a high drive for results.
• Have good communication abilities and collaborate effectively with other members of the team.
• Must be quality-oriented.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on the feet for the entire shift without extra breaks.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day, daily
