**Job Title: Flooring Technician** **Job Description** This position involves assisting journeyman flooring crews with the preparation and installation of commercial flooring. The role also includes installing a significant amount of rubber base trim. **Responsibilities** + Assist journeyman flooring crews in the installation of commercial flooring. + Install rubber base trim. + Utilize construction knowledge to support flooring and base trim installation. + Work collaboratively on commercial construction projects. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience in flooring. + 2+ years of experience in general commercial construction. + Efficient tape measure reading skills. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in tiling. + Knowledge of various construction techniques. **Why Work Here?** We offer full benefits, paid time off after one year, and retirement plans. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
