Job Title: Pediatric EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) – Full-Time or Part-Time.

Location: Hamilton, OH.

Compensation: $35 per hour, plus monthly production bonus.

About the Practice:

Our client is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join their growing pediatric dental team in Hamilton, Ohio. This brand-new, state-of-the-art practice features modern technology and a fun, welcoming environment designed to make every child’s visit comfortable and positive. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Pay: $35 per hour.
• Bonuses: Monthly production bonus.

Benefits:

• Full-time (30+ hours): Full benefits available after 60 days of employment.
• Part-time (25–29 hours): Partial benefits available after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform EFDA duties, including placing restorations and assisting the dentist during pediatric procedures.
• Provide coronal polishing and other preventive services to young patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and create a positive experience for children and parents.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all infection control and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Current EFDA certification and license in the state of Ohio.
• Coronal Polishing certification required.
• Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
