Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing high-level responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks, emails, and communications
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up
  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Must live in the USA or Canada
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and communication tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and software
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or leadership teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Experience with CRM or HR platforms
