Events Marketing Assistant

West Columbia, SC | On-Site at Events

Full-Time |10am-7PM M-Sat

Weekly Pay: $600-1100 | Bonuses & Incentives Available

Position Summary:

We’re looking for an Events Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent our clients at live events, promote products and services, engage with the public, and help generate direct sales. This is a hands-on, people-facing position—perfect for someone outgoing, energetic, and motivated by performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled promotional events and activations across the Columbia area.
• Engage directly with event attendees to promote client products and services.
• Educate potential customers on key product features, benefits, and current offers.
• Drive brand awareness through enthusiastic, professional representation.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics as needed.
• Report feedback, lead data, and performance insights to team leaders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfort working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends as needed
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
