Now Hiring: Event Staff at Sunshine Events Center (Springfield, MO)
The Sunshine Events Center , Springfield’s premier 5,000 sq. ft. event venue with rooftop patio, is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Event Staff team .
Position: Event Staff (Part-Time & Flexible Scheduling)
Pay: $12–$14/hour + tips
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding service during weddings, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings
- Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, décor, etc.).
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests.
- Support the Event Manager and team to ensure smooth event operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual team players.
- Experience in hospitality, serving, or bartending is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right candidates!)
