Salary: $175,300 - 322,900 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical consulting, problem-solving for clients, and architecting security solutions, specifically with a strong emphasis on Microsoft M365 Security solutions such as Entra ID, Active Directory, Defender for Office (Email Security), Defender for Cloud (CWPP/CNAPP), Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB), Defender for Endpoint & Servers, Purview MPIP/DLP/IRM, Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Security Copilot. This experience should be in leadership roles overseeing project scope, pricing, and delivery, managing multiple proposals and projects simultaneously.
• Alternatively, candidates may qualify with 10+ years of senior technical or leadership experience in enterprise security operations, enterprise security architecture, or infrastructure operations, along with 3+ years in consulting leadership positions, particularly with a robust focus on Microsoft security technologies.
• Additional qualifications include the ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs, and a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology. Limited visa sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities:

• In the role of Senior Manager for Microsoft M365 Security, I expect you to work closely with our clients to support their security requirements, particularly in relation to Microsoft E3 and E5 adoption, as well as broader Microsoft security platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising clients on strategies and the design, implementation, and operation of Microsoft security technology solutions (M365 Security).
• Assisting clients with M365 E3 and E5 analysis, providing roadmap development, design, and adoption support.
• Building and nurturing client relationships, establishing a reputation as a senior professional who consistently delivers exceptional results.
• Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft Security solutions for senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Leading Microsoft security teams at top-tier clients to deploy and consult on Microsoft M365 security services.
• Overseeing business development activities, including scoping services, creating resource estimates and pricing, packaging proposals, and assisting with proposal delivery.
• Leading the overall delivery of multiple Microsoft M365 security projects as a project leader and program manager, supervising onsite and offshore engineers and architects.
• Serving as the primary day-to-day client interface, building trust and rapport.
• Reviewing and overseeing the creation of all project deliverables, such as assessment reports, system designs, architectures, and security recommendations.
• Maintaining strong expertise in Microsoft M365 Security solutions.
• Leading engagements throughout different phases of the Microsoft M365 Security lifecycle—assessment, design, and implementation.
• Performing technical health checks for Microsoft M365 Security platforms before broader deployments.
• Managing technical support for Microsoft M365 Security services and resolving related issues through research and troubleshooting alongside vendors.
• Collaborating on large-scale Microsoft M365 Security deployments, migrations, and upgrades with a project team.
• Supporting proof of concept and production deployments of Microsoft M365 Security solutions with the team.
• Assisting clients in operational transitions to Microsoft M365 security solutions.
• Leading teams in troubleshooting system-level issues within a multi-vendor, multi-protocol networking environment.
• Supporting Deloitte’s M365 Security Operate teams on client calls as needed.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for Microsoft M365 Security solutions.
• Leading eminence activities, such as whitepapers and points of view on Microsoft M365 Security technologies.
• Leading talent processes in the senior manager role, including recruitment and coaching for employees in the Microsoft M365 Security domain.

Strong proposal development skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with robust project management and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

The compensation for this position considers a broad array of factors, including skill sets, experience, education, certifications, and organizational needs. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $175,300 and $322,900. Additionally, you may qualify for a discretionary annual incentive program, where awards depend on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
