In addition to supporting the internal administrative needs of the Billing and Collections teams, this position is responsible for coordinating billing requirements for various partners, secretaries, and their clients.
E-Billing Responsibilities
• Assist the E-Billing Manager/Team with all electronic on-boarding needs including client matter setup and mapping, timekeeper entry and mapping, diversity submission, and rate updates/maintenance in various e-billing platforms
• Assist E-billing team with troubleshooting e-billing related issues • Transmit electronic billing (“e-billing”) via E-billing Hub and various e-billing sites • Recording and maintaining accurate phase, task, and billing codes • Assist with bill preparation • Have direct contact with billing partners to resolve e-billing-related issues • Weekly reportingYOU might be the RIGHT candidate if YOU have:
• 3+ years experience working in legal billing
• Experience with financial/billing software packages and Finance/Accounting operations.
