Salary: $107,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Expertise in customizing, configuring, and developing within Dynamics 365 (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools is necessary.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship at any time.
  • Active or the capability to secure a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel 20-50%, depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • As a Project Delivery Specialist, I will design, develop, tailor, and provide ongoing support for solutions utilized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). My work involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, which are fundamental to driving business transformation and efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Configuring Dynamics modules to align with business needs, including entity setup, form design, views, business rules, and automation of processes.
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems via APIs, web services, and middleware (for instance, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
  • Working collaboratively with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Performing unit testing, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing the deployment of customizations and updates.
  • Providing continual support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation related to customizations, integrations, and processes.
  • Ensuring that solutions comply with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
