Come join our team! Spencer Manor Winery in beautiful Saint James, MO is looking for a dishwasher. Must be friendly, punctual, and a team player. Restaurant experience preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling offered but must have weekend availability. 

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit organized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. We are a fast paced, busy restaurant that takes reservations and has a waitlist.

Responsibilities | include but not limited :

• Wash all silverware, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
• Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties.

Skills:

• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Cleanliness and organization is KEY.
• Able to follow instructions/directions
• Knowledge / Willingness to learn of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable

Job Types: Full-time / Part-time 

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour / D.O.E. 

Physical Setting:  Upscale Experience based Winery

Schedule : Day shift, Night shift, Weekend availability 

Ability to commute/relocate:  Required

Experience:  Restaurant experience: 1 years (Preferred) 

Shift availability:  Nights & Weekends (Required)
