Job Description

As a Restaurant Director for Chick-fil-A, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that our standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. Your leadership will drive the achievement of business goals and foster a positive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

- Lead and supervise restaurant Team Members and Team Leaders, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies.

- Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

2. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including revenue and cost control.

- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

3. Customer Experience:

- Uphold Chick-fil-A's commitment to exceptional customer service.

- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.

4. Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff.

- Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and accountability.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the consistent quality of food products and adherence to Chick-fil-A's recipes and standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

6. Marketing and Promotions:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
