A trusted leader in the concrete services industry, is seeking a  Diesel Mechanic (Apprentice to Lead)to join their Newark, NJ-based team. This role offers an exceptional chance to train alongside a seasoned diesel mechanic and step into the lead role over time.

What You'll Do as the Diesel Mechanic (Apprentice to Lead):

• Work closely with a veteran mechanic to learn company-specific fleet and heavy equipment maintenance.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative upkeep on diesel trucks and related machinery.
• Travel to local job sites as needed to perform field repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and safety records.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational standards consistently.

Must-Haves as the Diesel Mechanic (Apprentice to Lead):

• Basic hands-on experience with diesel mechanics—ready to learn and grow.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High energy and eagerness to absorb knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
