Position Highlights:

* Location : Rutland, VT
* Practice : Family Dental Associates - Over 30 years in business
* Patient Mix : 85% PPO, 15% FFS
* Facilities :

* 17 operatories, with 2 reserved for the new provider
* 8 doctor chairs, 9 hygiene chairs
* Equipped with CBCT, iTero, and Cerec technology

* Schedule : Monday through Thursday - Enjoy a long weekend every week!

Compensation & Benefits for Full-Time Providers :

* Compensation : Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
* Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
