Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Help manager Supervise Seasonal and Part-time Employees:

• Uphold Homewood practices and policies.
• Help with training new employees.
• Help manager coordinate employee breaks and lunches.
• Help manager coordinate employee tasks.
• Communicate with manager employee misconduct and behaver issues.

Uphold Homewood Customer service:

• Knowledge of Homewood customer service practices.
• Handle customer returns and problems using Homewood practices and policies.
• Monitor customer handouts and report needs to manager.

Greenhouse:

• Monitor Homewood signage and prices.
• Unload plant trucks when they arrive.
• Price and put out plants.
• Set up benches and displays seasonally.
• Keep the greenhouse clean and weed-free.
• Report any mechanical or plumbing problems to manager.
• Know how to shut the water off for emergencies.
• Know how to operate greenhouse controls and computers. 

Homewood Nursery is an independent garden center located in Raleigh, NC. We are a full service garden center, offering all types of plants and gardening products. Homewood is also a plant grower with 90,000 square feet of greenhouses to producing annuals, perennials, and poinsettias. We pride ourselves in our quality plants and quality customer service. Homewood has a combination of over 250 years of expertise in plants and gardening.
