What You'll Do
Handle inbound & outbound calls with IRS representatives.
Track case details, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
Manage secure digital mailboxes for sensitive documents.
Support compliance teams by keeping cases moving smoothly.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of customer service/call center experience preferred.
Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
CAF # is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.
