YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Customer Engagement Chief of Staff and Communication are to:

This role serves as a key member of the Radiology Customer Engagement leadership team, by leading the responsibilities for organizational communication and management support. This position will drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment with our Customer Engagement leader's objectives. The incumbent will provide comprehensive operational support, managing sensitive executive information with discretion, and positively influencing ways of working across the North America Leadership Team. Additionally, the role will develop and execute the Customer Engagement communications strategy, standardize presentations and meeting materials, and facilitate effective engagement through agenda planning and documentation while fostering collaboration and clarity across stakeholders.

  • Independently manage and contribute to major projects;

  • Prepare executive summaries and background materials on relevant topics, meetings and for Business Reviews;

  • Evaluate and communicate key issues from CE Squads and cross functional teams;

  • Support the strategic development of high-level meetings and workshops;

  • Develop presentations, materials, reports, and decision briefings in collaboration with subject matter experts;

  • Navigate complex organizational structures to achieve results and foster productive relationships;

  • Demonstrate strong influence and advocacy skills to advance strategic priorities;

  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in strategic planning, marketing, strategic communications;

  • Track record of customer facing experience preferred;

  • Strong interpersonal, strategic, and communication skills;

  • Proficient in project management and understanding complex business environments;

  • Demonstrated drive, tenacity, and results orientation;

  • Experience managing within a matrix organization and navigating organizational dynamics;

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity;

  • Competencies: collaboration, results-driven, managing complexity and ambiguity, organizational navigation, influence, and excellence of communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with preferred 10+ years of progressive experience.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $173,520 to $260,280. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
