Description We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This position involves overseeing contract administration, ensuring compliance, and developing efficient processes to support business operations. As a Long-term Contract opportunity, you will play a vital role in managing agreements and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities: - Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts using Contract Lifecycle Management and Customer Relationship Management systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping across platforms. - Collaborate with leadership, legal counsel, and clients to finalize various agreements, including Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Extension Amendments, and Confidentiality Agreements. - Analyze and interpret legal documents such as Master Agreements, Project Engagements, Purchasing Agreements, and other relevant contracts. - Review Statements of Work and Project Engagements to ensure compliance with budgetary and scope requirements. - Partner with client and project teams to support business objectives, including developing rate cards, discounts, and rebate structures. - Coordinate with internal teams to manage renewals for client and vendor Master Agreements. - Assist in drafting legal documentation such as vendor agreements, contractor templates, and related communications. - Provide support for acquisition integrations by handling legal and administrative tasks related to contracts. Requirements - Proven experience in contract management, including administration and compliance. - Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation strategies. - Ability to draft and review various types of legal agreements with attention to detail. - Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management and Customer Relationship Management platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with leadership, legal teams, and clients. - Solid understanding of budgetary and scoping principles in contract reviews. - Experience in preparing services rate cards and managing rebates. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
