As a Construction Laborer with Servpro you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using ruler pencil
  chalk and marking gauge.
  * Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe
  and clean environment.
  *Verify trueness of structure using plumb bob level or laser level.
  *Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools
  machines or power saw.
  *Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props using hand
  tools and wood screws nails dowel pins or glue.
  *Build or repair cabinets doors frameworks windows floors and
  other wooden fixtures used in buildings using woodworking machines
  carpenters hand tools and power tools.
  *Measure cut and install trim baseboard and casing with accuracy.
  Must be able to apply different applications properly.
  *Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand
  patch using patching plaster trowel and sanding tool.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous construction management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e. driving sitting climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
