Job Description
As a
Compounding Pharmacy Technician , you will be part of a specialized team supporting high-touch programs designed to enhance patient care. This detail-oriented role is primarily based in our compounding suite, where you will prepare sterile and non-sterile medications, maintain compliance with USP regulations, and ensure accurate documentation and formula entry.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications according to established protocols.
- Maintain and clean compounding suite equipment and facilities to meet regulatory standards.
- Accurately label, package, and store chemicals and finished products.
- Enter and manage compounding formulas using specialized software.
- Complete daily documentation in accordance with USP guidelines.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required; national certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
- Strong mathematical skills for prescription calculations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.88 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
