About Jacob’s Haven Farm

Jacob’s Haven is a small 100-acre farm in Middle Georgia focused on producing high-quality, small-batch natural goods — including raw honey, flowers, herbs, vegetables, and other handcrafted farm items.

We are rapidly expanding and seeking motivated, self-driven Remote Sales Associates who are passionate about the farm-to-table movement.

Position Overview

As a Remote Sales Associate , you’ll be responsible for selling Jacob’s Haven Farm products directly to consumers and wholesale buyers across the U.S. You’ll work from anywhere, set your own schedule, and earn unlimited commission income by promoting our growing line of products.

This is a 100% commission-based position with no cap on earnings. Ideal for entrepreneurial, independent individuals with strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jacob’s Haven products (e.g., honey, flower, herbs, subscription boxes, and seasonal produce).
• Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and social media.
• Develop wholesale accounts with retailers, gift shops, wellness centers, and boutique stores.
• Identify and engage potential subscription members (CSA, honey club, etc.).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the Jacob’s Haven brand values.
• Participate in team Zoom calls, and sales growth meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or affiliate marketing (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with animal products, byproducts, and farm goods is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and social media proficiency.

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Performance Bonuses

Retail Sales Commission - Monthly Retail Sales Commission Rate

$0 – $999 15%

$1,000 – $4,999 20%

$5,000 – $9,999 25%

$10,000+30% + $250 performance bonus

Wholesale Accounts

• 15% commission on all wholesale orders (first order).
• 5% residual commission on all reorders from that account (lifetime residuals).

Subscription & Membership Sales

• $10–$20 flat bonus per new subscriber (based on tier of product subscription).
• 5% recurring monthly commission for the life of each active subscription.

Estimated Income Example

A motivated associate selling:

• $5,000/month retail + $3,000/month wholesale + 10 new subscriptions

= Approx. $2,000–$3,000/month in commissions
Top earners can easily exceed $5,000/month once recurring and wholesale income builds.
