Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Swartz Creek, MI
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team in Swartz Creek, MI. Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce quality parts.
Run and maintain part quality on 2–3 machines simultaneously.
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators to ensure product accuracy.
Perform basic CNC functions, including loading/unloading parts and monitoring machine performance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a CNC operator preferred.
Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
Familiarity with basic CNC functions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Starting wage: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.
