Miami Dade College, Medical Campus | Simulation Hospital

Step into one of the nation’s most advanced academic Simulation Hospitals and help train the next generation of healthcare professionals. MDC is seeking a Clinical Simulation Specialist who thrives in hands-on clinical environments, loves simulation technology, and is passionate about student success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run pre/post simulation scenarios, moulage set-ups & equipment breakdown.
  • Support faculty and students during simulation and debriefing.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and simulation readiness.
  • Train students on medical equipment (ventilators, IV pumps, feeding pumps, etc.)
  • Create & modify evidence-based patient simulation scenarios.
  • Support Nursing Program simulations (up to 50% of clinical time).
  • Maintain safety standards, technology updates & simulation research initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a healthcare field and 1 year experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and 3 years experience.
  • Current certification/licensure as: RN, EMS/Paramedic, Radiology Tech, PA, or CHSE.
